Simply put, without our wonderfully talented volunteers this institution would cease to exist, period. Our volunteers have spent nearly their entire lives in the area and know practically everyone, if they don’t personally know a particular family they probably know someone who does. They are absolutely and without a doubt the most important resource this institution has. Our volunteers keep the doors open and welcome visitors, they diligently work on our projects, research for our patrons, answer questions and most of all, love being here and helping in anyway they possibly can. They provide financial assistance, ageless wisdom and practical advise. If you need help from this area of the state they can and will help.
